The service
Auto Record Vault, available at autorecordvault.com, organizes available vehicle records for the VIN and package you purchase. Use the service only where you are authorized to request and use those records. You are responsible for entering the correct VIN and contact details.
Ordering and payment
The package price and any applicable taxes are shown before payment. Preparation begins after payment is confirmed. Delivery timing depends on review and record availability; instant delivery is not guaranteed. If a request cannot be fulfilled, support will discuss the next step with you.
Credits and access
Each report credit is used for one submitted VIN. Multi-credit packages permit additional VIN requests within the same order while credits remain. The same VIN cannot consume a second credit on that order. Credits and report access last for the retention period shown before checkout. Download and retain your PDF. Access links may expire earlier and can be renewed using your private order-access link.
Understanding the report
Records can be incomplete, delayed or incorrect. A missing event is not evidence that it never happened. Reports do not certify ownership, roadworthiness, market value or future condition. Verify important entries independently and obtain a physical inspection before relying on a vehicle’s condition.
Responsible use and assistance
Do not attempt to access another customer’s order, share private access links publicly, misuse personal information or interfere with the website. Contact support about errors or disputes. The Refund & Cancellation Policy describes how requests are reviewed. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
