Auto Record Vault uses the name, email, phone number, VIN and billing details you provide to process orders, prepare reports, provide access and respond to support requests. Payment information is processed through the payment provider selected at checkout. Do not send card details through our contact form.
Sessions and private links
Necessary cookies keep your VIN and package together during ordering. A private access cookie allows a valid email link to open the corresponding report order. Guest links act as access credentials: do not share them. The site does not require advertising or analytics cookies for its core workflow.
Service providers
Hosting, payment, email and any configured report providers process information needed to operate the service. Access is limited to order fulfillment, support and operational needs. Coverage and sources for a report may vary. We do not sell customer contact information as part of this service.
Retention and your choices
Reports and unused credits are retained for the period shown on the Packages page. Order and accounting records may be kept separately where required. You can request access, correction or erasure by contacting support. We may need to verify your request and retain information needed for an active order, a dispute or applicable obligations. Backups may remain until their normal deletion cycle.
Security and contact
We restrict report access and use private file storage. No system can guarantee absolute security. Contact support promptly if a private link was shared or you suspect unauthorized access. Use the Contact page for privacy questions.
